All orders will be shipped using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, therefore someone will need to be home to receive the parcel as a signature will be required on delivery.
If you are not going to be at home, I will happily send to another address for you, e.g. Work addresses or friends and family.
In the event that no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be taken back to the nearest post office. A note will be left by the delivery company containing information as to how to retrieve the parcel.
Returns
I hope you will be completely happy with your purchase, but if not, then I will be pleased to offer you an exchange or full refund. Goods should be returned, in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale, within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will only be given on items received back by myself - I suggest that you use a form of recorded postage when returning items. All returns must be suitably packaged to avoid damage in transit. I strongly recommend that you arrange for proof of delivery on returned items as I cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please note that proof of postage is not proof of delivery.
Commissioned items may not be returned unless they are faulty. I regret that earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded due to current ERU Hygiene Regulations.
If an item is damaged in transit, then please notify me within 7 days for a replacement or refund. Damaged items will have to be returned to me as above. The cost of any return will have to be met by the customer. Returns must include any and all gift boxes and packaging sent with your jewellery.
