My Guarantee
Every one of my pieces is skillfully crafted and carefully inspected for any defects before sale. However, in the unlikely event of damage resulting from a manufacturing defect, I will be glad to repair or replace your piece free of charge. I reserve the right to examine the piece to determine the cause of damage (if not due to a manufacturing defect, then a charge will apply). Please remember that the slight imperfections resulting from the use of natural stones actually enhance the beauty of the pieces.
What does it mean by “Silver”?
All my jewellery is made from .925 Sterling Silver unless stated otherwise. Sometimes I will use Thai silver or Fine silver to accent the pieces, but these will always be specified in the descriptions.
Can I make changes to the piece of jewellery?
Where possible – yes. Earring hooks can be ordered in a different metal or changed for studs, so please contact me for more details. Lengths on Necklaces and sizes of Bracelets are specified but can be made to order if you require a different length, where possible. If there is something you really like, then please email and ask as although I do not make two items alike, I may be able to make one similar in design.
What type of payment is accepted?
If you intend collecting your jewellery in person, then payment is accepted in either cash or cheque with guarantee card. If you are purchasing online, then payment is accepted through Paypal, although you do not personally need a paypal account in order to pay for your jewellery.
Cancellations
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please do so by email within 7 days of the date of your order. We will refund the full price of the item within 30 days of the order being cancelled. Please do not order unless you are sure that you want the item.
Prices and availability
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Customers should be aware that due to the nature of the internet and quality of photography, the colour of some items may appear slightly different in tone to their true colouring. Unfortunately this is unavoidable, but I am sure that you will be pleased with the real thing.
